    Italy’s latest attempt to turn torture into a crime, a measure awaited for almost thirty years, has failed again. The Italian Parliament has postponed the final vote on an anti-torture bill that according to its first signatory and to many of its promoters is unlikely to ever become a law. Press TV’s Correspondent in Italy Max Civili has more in this report.
